Physiochillax was born from a deep realization I experienced early in my clinical journey—that pain is never just physical. Behind every posture imbalance, injury, or chronic condition lies a story of stress, emotions, lifestyle, and unmet needs.
As a Consultant Physiotherapist and Wellness Coach, I saw people improve temporarily with treatment, yet relapse because the root cause was never addressed. That gap became my calling.
